    Supervise and provided construction administration for several new & modernization educational, commercial, and governmental projects.

    Developed details and specifications for special project conditions such as snow areas and curved applications. Provide technical support to school districts, owners, architects, consultants, and engineers.

    Supervise and manage the preparation of preliminary, schematic, design, construction documents, and shop drawings. Collaborated and participated in the design of a day care center for infants and toddlers.

    Organized and managed the design of Capehart Youth Center that provided a new gymnasium, game rooms, day care, snack bar and music rooms.

    Supervised the preparation of contract documents and construction of a Safeway store within a 5 month period allowing the store to open ahead of schedule.

    Analyzed and designed an economical single ply roof system over and aircraft hangar saving $100,000 in demolition costs.

    Created a new school gymnasium replacing a dilapidated and dangers facility after 5 year effort dealing with the school district, local citizens, state politicians and Department of Education.

    Conducted an evaluation of 32 different roofs covering 1.3 million sq. ft. providing information on existing roof conditions, need and type of repairs and ultimately problem solutions.

    Researched and developed new structure details at a slope and flat intersection, eliminating a continually leaking roof. Reviewed the construction of the Central Library roof insuring proper installation.

    Diagnosed the failure of a structural beam and roof and developed a detailed roofing study resulting in a successful repair process.

    Designed a new Pergola after interacting and recommending imaginative alternate with a pleased home owner, replacing a leaking canopy.
